What's Included

Every Commercial job includes

  • Storefront and entrance glass, inside and out
  • Office windows and partition glass
  • Building exterior cleaning where access allows
  • Walkways and entries pressure washed
  • Scheduled before opening or after closing
  • One point of contact and one invoice

What It Fixes

The problems this solves

  • Frontage that undercuts the business

Handprints on the entrance and film on the glass are the first thing a customer sees. It reads as a business that has stopped paying attention.

  • Cleaning that gets in the way of trading

Nobody wants ladders across an entrance at lunchtime. Commercial work is scheduled around your hours, not ours.

  • Chasing several trades

Glass, entryway concrete and the building exterior are usually three phone calls. Here they are one visit and one invoice.

How commercial work is quoted

Per property and per visit, not per pane. We walk the site, agree what is in scope and what the access looks like, and quote the visit. That number does not move because a job took longer than we thought.

Most commercial properties run on a recurring schedule, because frontage that is cleaned once looks worse three weeks later than it did before anyone touched it.

Access, timing and safety

Work is scheduled before opening or after closing wherever the property allows it. Where it has to happen during hours, entrances are kept clear and signed.

Height and access decide what is possible. Anything beyond safe pole reach needs equipment, and we will tell you at the quote whether that is in scope or not rather than discovering it on the day.

What we are not

This is exterior and glass work, not janitorial. We do not do interior floors, restrooms or waste. If that is what you need, we are the wrong call and will say so on the phone rather than sending someone out.

Questions

About this service

Do you do commercial window cleaning?
Our focus is residential window detailing. If you have a commercial property, tell us about it when you request a quote and we will let you know whether it is a fit.
What areas do you serve?
Solpath serves Broward County and Miami-Dade County, including Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Davie, Dania Beach, Pembroke Pines, Miramar and Miami. If you are just outside those cities, call and ask - we will tell you honestly whether we can get to you.
How much does window cleaning cost?
Price depends on how many windows you have, how many stories, and whether screens, tracks or hard water removal are included. We quote every home individually and tell you the price before any work starts. Quotes are free and there is no obligation.
How do I change or cancel my appointment?
Call or text us at 954-872-0133 and we will move your date or cancel it. Recurring plan customers can change a visit date without affecting the plan.
How often should windows be cleaned in South Florida?
For most South Florida homes, quarterly cleaning is a practical baseline. Homes near salt water, homes with sprinklers hitting the glass, heavy landscaping, or nearby construction usually look better on a monthly schedule. Twice a year still makes a visible difference on a home set back from the coast with no irrigation on the windows.
