Window Cleaning & Detailing in Parkland

Parkland homes are big, mostly two-story, and set on large lots at the northern edge of Broward. There is a lot of glass, much of it high, and open land along the western side of the city.

Solpath provides window cleaning inside and out, soft washing and pressure washing in Parkland, FL. Large two-story homes with tall entry and great-room glass, lake-backed lots and open land to the west make upper glass, pool enclosures and paver driveways the usual work here.

Why Parkland windows need regular cleaning

  • Tall glass on two-story homes

Great rooms, stairwell windows and entry transoms sit well above ladder height on a lot of Parkland homes. We will tell you at the quote which panes we can reach safely and how, before anything is booked.

  • Open land and lovebugs

The western side of the city faces open land and the conservation areas beyond it. Wind brings dust and pollen across it, and lovebug season in spring and late summer leaves glass and screens spotted.

  • Lakes behind the house

Many communities are built around lakes. Lakefront elevations stay humid and hold dust, and where irrigation draws from the lake, its spotting shows on that side first.

  • Paver driveways and pool decks

Pavers are standard here. Pressure washing lifts the dirt and black growth from them. Expect some joint sand to come out with it; topping the joints back up afterwards is what keeps pavers from shifting.

Questions

Window cleaning in Parkland

How do you clean second-story windows?
From ladders or water-fed poles, depending on access. A water-fed pole washes the glass from the ground with purified water, so it dries without spotting. If any window on your home cannot be reached safely, we will tell you at the quote.
Can you clean my pool screen enclosure?
Yes. Screen enclosures are soft washed at low pressure, from the roof panels down to the frame and kick plates, then rinsed. A pressure washer would tear the mesh. If the screen is brittle or already torn, cleaning will not fix it, and we will tell you before starting.
How often should windows be cleaned in South Florida?
For most South Florida homes, quarterly cleaning is a practical baseline. Homes near salt water, homes with sprinklers hitting the glass, heavy landscaping, or nearby construction usually look better on a monthly schedule. Twice a year still makes a visible difference on a home set back from the coast with no irrigation on the windows.
What areas do you serve?

If you are just outside those areas, call and ask - we will tell you honestly whether we can get to you.
What happens if it rains right after my window cleaning?
Rain itself does not usually dirty a properly detailed window - dust and debris carried in the rain do. Our Monthly and Quarterly plans include RainBlock treatment, which is designed to help water bead and roll off the glass instead of sitting on it, so a storm is less likely to leave spotting behind.
