Quotes
Quotes are free and carry no obligation. A quote is based on the information you give us and on what we find at the property. If the job differs from what was described, we will tell you and agree a revised price with you before continuing.
Access
For exterior work we need safe access to the windows, with gates unlocked and pets secured. For interior work, someone over 18 needs to be present. If we cannot reach a window safely, we will tell you rather than attempt it.
Condition of glass and fittings
We inspect before we start, and we point out any damage that is already there: scratches, etched glass, failed seals, damaged screens or worn tracks. Hard water staining that has etched into the glass cannot be fully restored. We say so before doing the work, not after.
Satisfaction guarantee
If something is not right, tell us within 48 hours of the visit and we will come back and put it right.
RainBlock
Monthly and quarterly plans include RainBlock treatment on the glass we clean. It is designed to help water bead and roll off rather than sit and dry on the surface. It is a treatment, not a warranty against weather, and it does not replace the satisfaction commitment above.
Recurring plans
Plans have no lock-in. You can move a visit, pause, or cancel by calling or texting 954-872-0133. Plan pricing and included extras apply to scheduled plan visits.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
