Who we are
Solpath LLC, trading as Solpath Window Detailing, provides window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing and boat cleaning in South Florida. You can reach us at service@solpathco.com or 954-872-0133.
What we collect
When you request a quote we collect the details you give us:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your property address and details about the windows
- Anything you write in the notes field, and any photos you upload
- How you would prefer to be contacted
We also record technical information about your visit:
- Pages viewed and actions taken on this site
- The page you arrived on and the site or advertisement that referred you
- Advertising click identifiers, so we can tell which campaigns produce real enquiries
- A random first-party identifier stored in your browser. It is not linked to you until you submit a form.
How we use it
- To prepare and send your quote, and to carry out work you book
- To contact you about your enquiry, using the method you selected
- To understand which marketing brings us genuine enquiries
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations
Marketing messages
Marketing texts and emails are separate and optional. Ticking that box is never required to get a quote, and we record your choice. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or calling us.
Who we share it with
We share what is necessary with the services that help us operate: our website host, our database provider, and, where connected, our email provider, customer management system and advertising platforms. Information sent to advertising platforms for conversion measurement is hashed before it leaves our systems, and is only sent where permitted. We never sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as we have a business relationship with you and for as long afterwards as we are required to for legal and accounting purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email service@solpathco.com and we will respond.
