Window Cleaning & Detailing in North Lauderdale

North Lauderdale is a small, busy city of single-family homes, townhomes and apartments, most built in the 1970s and set close together.

Solpath provides window cleaning, pressure washing and soft washing in North Lauderdale, FL. Homes here are mostly 1970s houses and townhomes on small lots, so tracks, screens and driveways matter as much as the glass.

Why North Lauderdale windows need regular cleaning

  • Small lots, close neighbors

Houses sit close together, and side windows face a narrow gap where dust collects and nothing dries quickly. Gates and access are worth sorting out at the quote.

  • Townhome upper floors

In the townhome communities the upper windows sit over a shared walkway or a small yard. Owners cannot reach them, and that is where film builds up unnoticed.

  • Shaded driveway strips

Concrete driveways and walkways grow black patches in the shaded strip beside the house. A surface cleaner lifts it evenly instead of leaving stripes.

  • Sprinklers close to the walls

Small yards put the sprinkler heads near the house, so spray hits the lower glass on most runs. Adjusting the heads is cheaper than treating the glass every season.

Questions

Window cleaning in North Lauderdale

How often should windows be cleaned in South Florida?
For most South Florida homes, quarterly cleaning is a practical baseline. Homes near salt water, homes with sprinklers hitting the glass, heavy landscaping, or nearby construction usually look better on a monthly schedule. Twice a year still makes a visible difference on a home set back from the coast with no irrigation on the windows.
What areas do you serve?

In Miami-Dade: Aventura, Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor Islands, Biscayne Park, Coral Gables, Cutler Bay, Doral, El Portal, Florida City, Golden Beach, Hialeah, Hialeah Gardens, Homestead, Key Biscayne, Miami, Miami Beach, Miami Gardens, Miami Lakes, Miami Shores, Miami Springs, North Bay Village, North Miami, North Miami Beach, Opa-locka, Palmetto Bay, Pinecrest, South Miami, Sunny Isles Beach, Surfside, Sweetwater, Virginia Gardens and West Miami, plus Kendall, Westchester, Tamiami, The Hammocks and Fontainebleau. If you are just outside those areas, call and ask - we will tell you honestly whether we can get to you.
What happens if it rains right after my window cleaning?
Rain itself does not usually dirty a properly detailed window - dust and debris carried in the rain do. Our Monthly and Quarterly plans include RainBlock treatment, which is designed to help water bead and roll off the glass instead of sitting on it, so a storm is less likely to leave spotting behind.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
For exterior-only cleanings, no - as long as we can reach your windows with gates unlocked and pets secured, we can work while you are out. If your service includes interior windows, someone over 18 needs to be home to let us in.
How long does a window cleaning take?
Most homes take one to three hours depending on the number of windows, the number of stories, and how much detail work the screens and tracks need. We give you a time estimate with your quote so you can plan your day.
