Window Cleaning & Detailing in Lauderdale Lakes

Lauderdale Lakes is a compact inland city of older single-family homes, garden-style condos and busy commercial corridors along State Road 7 and Oakland Park Boulevard.

Solpath provides window cleaning, pressure washing and commercial glass cleaning in Lauderdale Lakes, FL. Most homes and condos date from the 1960s and 1970s, so older frames, screens and tracks take as much attention as the glass, and the storefronts along State Road 7 need regular cleaning.

Why Lauderdale Lakes windows need regular cleaning

  • Crank-out awning windows

Awning windows are still common here. The glass itself cleans easily; the time goes into the hinges, the frames and the screens behind them.

  • Garden-style condos

Two- and three-story buildings with outdoor walkways make up a large share of homes. The association usually owns the outside; the glass an owner controls is the inside and the slider onto the patio or balcony.

  • Road film off State Road 7

State Road 7 and Oakland Park Boulevard carry heavy traffic, and the film it leaves reaches homes and shops a block or two either side. Rain smears it rather than rinsing it.

  • Plaza storefronts

The plazas along those corridors have long runs of storefront glass facing the parking lot, where the sun shows every smear by mid-morning.

Questions

Window cleaning in Lauderdale Lakes

How often should windows be cleaned in South Florida?
For most South Florida homes, quarterly cleaning is a practical baseline. Homes near salt water, homes with sprinklers hitting the glass, heavy landscaping, or nearby construction usually look better on a monthly schedule. Twice a year still makes a visible difference on a home set back from the coast with no irrigation on the windows.
What areas do you serve?
Solpath serves Broward County and Miami-Dade County. In Broward: Coconut Creek, Cooper City, Coral Springs, Dania Beach, Davie, Deerfield Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Hallandale Beach, Hillsboro Beach, Hollywood, Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, Lauderdale Lakes, Lauderhill, Lighthouse Point, Margate, Miramar, North Lauderdale, Oakland Park, Parkland, Pembroke Park, Pembroke Pines, Plantation, Pompano Beach, Sea Ranch Lakes, Southwest Ranches, Sunrise, Tamarac, West Park, Weston and Wilton Manors. In Miami-Dade: Aventura, Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor Islands, Biscayne Park, Coral Gables, Cutler Bay, Doral, El Portal, Florida City, Golden Beach, Hialeah, Hialeah Gardens, Homestead, Key Biscayne, Miami, Miami Beach, Miami Gardens, Miami Lakes, Miami Shores, Miami Springs, North Bay Village, North Miami, North Miami Beach, Opa-locka, Palmetto Bay, Pinecrest, South Miami, Sunny Isles Beach, Surfside, Sweetwater, Virginia Gardens and West Miami, plus Kendall, Westchester, Tamiami, The Hammocks and Fontainebleau. If you are just outside those areas, call and ask - we will tell you honestly whether we can get to you.
What happens if it rains right after my window cleaning?
Rain itself does not usually dirty a properly detailed window - dust and debris carried in the rain do. Our Monthly and Quarterly plans include RainBlock treatment, which is designed to help water bead and roll off the glass instead of sitting on it, so a storm is less likely to leave spotting behind.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
For exterior-only cleanings, no - as long as we can reach your windows with gates unlocked and pets secured, we can work while you are out. If your service includes interior windows, someone over 18 needs to be home to let us in.
How long does a window cleaning take?
Most homes take one to three hours depending on the number of windows, the number of stories, and how much detail work the screens and tracks need. We give you a time estimate with your quote so you can plan your day.
