Window Cleaning & Detailing in Coconut Creek

Coconut Creek calls itself the Butterfly Capital of the World, and it plants like it. Most of the city is landscaped single-family neighborhoods and large 55+ condo communities such as Wynmoor, with lakes running through both.

Solpath provides window cleaning, pressure washing and soft washing in Coconut Creek, FL. Dense planting and lakes keep glass and walls damp, so pollen film, mildew and sprinkler spotting are the usual problems, and in the condo communities the work is mostly inside glass and patio sliders.

Local Conditions

Why Coconut Creek windows need regular cleaning

  • Planting right up to the walls

Flowering hedges and beds often run tight against the house. They drop pollen onto low glass and sills, and the stucco behind them stays shaded long enough to grow mildew.

  • Wynmoor and the 55+ communities

In the big 55+ communities the building exterior usually belongs to the association. What an owner books is the inside glass, the sliders and the screened porch, which is also the part nobody should be doing from a step stool.

  • Lake-facing lanais

Sliders and lanai glass that face a lake take the brunt: humid air holds dust on the panes, and irrigation drawn from the lake leaves its own spots.

  • Homes from the 1970s and 1980s

The older neighborhoods still have original aluminum sliders and single-hung windows. Their tracks pack with grit and their weep holes clog, which is what makes a slider drag and a sill hold water.

Questions

Window cleaning in Coconut Creek

How often should windows be cleaned in South Florida?
For most South Florida homes, quarterly cleaning is a practical baseline. Homes near salt water, homes with sprinklers hitting the glass, heavy landscaping, or nearby construction usually look better on a monthly schedule. Twice a year still makes a visible difference on a home set back from the coast with no irrigation on the windows.
What areas do you serve?
Solpath serves Broward County and Miami-Dade County. In Broward: Coconut Creek, Cooper City, Coral Springs, Dania Beach, Davie, Deerfield Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Hallandale Beach, Hillsboro Beach, Hollywood, Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, Lauderdale Lakes, Lauderhill, Lighthouse Point, Margate, Miramar, North Lauderdale, Oakland Park, Parkland, Pembroke Park, Pembroke Pines, Plantation, Pompano Beach, Sea Ranch Lakes, Southwest Ranches, Sunrise, Tamarac, West Park, Weston and Wilton Manors. In Miami-Dade: Aventura, Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor Islands, Biscayne Park, Coral Gables, Cutler Bay, Doral, El Portal, Florida City, Golden Beach, Hialeah, Hialeah Gardens, Homestead, Key Biscayne, Miami, Miami Beach, Miami Gardens, Miami Lakes, Miami Shores, Miami Springs, North Bay Village, North Miami, North Miami Beach, Opa-locka, Palmetto Bay, Pinecrest, South Miami, Sunny Isles Beach, Surfside, Sweetwater, Virginia Gardens and West Miami, plus Kendall, Westchester, Tamiami, The Hammocks and Fontainebleau. If you are just outside those areas, call and ask - we will tell you honestly whether we can get to you.
What happens if it rains right after my window cleaning?
Rain itself does not usually dirty a properly detailed window - dust and debris carried in the rain do. Our Monthly and Quarterly plans include RainBlock treatment, which is designed to help water bead and roll off the glass instead of sitting on it, so a storm is less likely to leave spotting behind.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
For exterior-only cleanings, no - as long as we can reach your windows with gates unlocked and pets secured, we can work while you are out. If your service includes interior windows, someone over 18 needs to be home to let us in.
How long does a window cleaning take?
Most homes take one to three hours depending on the number of windows, the number of stories, and how much detail work the screens and tracks need. We give you a time estimate with your quote so you can plan your day.
