Window Cleaning & Detailing in Deerfield Beach

Deerfield Beach is the northern tip of Broward: a short run of beach and oceanfront condos, canal neighborhoods like The Cove, and large condo communities and golf course homes west of I-95.

Solpath provides window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing and boat cleaning in Deerfield Beach, FL. Homes near the beach and on the canals need salt and sand cleaned off the glass regularly, while in the condo communities to the west the work is mostly inside glass and patio sliders.

Local Conditions

Why Deerfield Beach windows need regular cleaning

  • The island takes salt from both sides

Homes and condos on the barrier island get salt from the ocean on one side and the Intracoastal on the other. Every elevation collects it, not only the one facing the sea.

  • Sand on low glass

Sand blows off the beach onto low windows, doors and screens. It has to be flooded off before anything touches the pane, because a squeegee or cloth dragged over sand scratches the glass.

  • The Cove and the canals

The Cove sits on canals off the Intracoastal, with a dock behind most houses. Salt spray reaches the rear glass, and boats at the dock pick up the same salt between trips.

  • Condo communities west of I-95

Century Village and the other large condo communities are mostly low-rise buildings where the association handles the exterior. Owners book the inside glass, sliders and anything reachable from the screened porch, and we confirm with you which parts are yours before quoting.

Questions

Window cleaning in Deerfield Beach

How often should windows be cleaned in South Florida?
For most South Florida homes, quarterly cleaning is a practical baseline. Homes near salt water, homes with sprinklers hitting the glass, heavy landscaping, or nearby construction usually look better on a monthly schedule. Twice a year still makes a visible difference on a home set back from the coast with no irrigation on the windows.
What areas do you serve?
Solpath serves Broward County and Miami-Dade County. In Broward: Coconut Creek, Cooper City, Coral Springs, Dania Beach, Davie, Deerfield Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Hallandale Beach, Hillsboro Beach, Hollywood, Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, Lauderdale Lakes, Lauderhill, Lighthouse Point, Margate, Miramar, North Lauderdale, Oakland Park, Parkland, Pembroke Park, Pembroke Pines, Plantation, Pompano Beach, Sea Ranch Lakes, Southwest Ranches, Sunrise, Tamarac, West Park, Weston and Wilton Manors. In Miami-Dade: Aventura, Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor Islands, Biscayne Park, Coral Gables, Cutler Bay, Doral, El Portal, Florida City, Golden Beach, Hialeah, Hialeah Gardens, Homestead, Key Biscayne, Miami, Miami Beach, Miami Gardens, Miami Lakes, Miami Shores, Miami Springs, North Bay Village, North Miami, North Miami Beach, Opa-locka, Palmetto Bay, Pinecrest, South Miami, Sunny Isles Beach, Surfside, Sweetwater, Virginia Gardens and West Miami, plus Kendall, Westchester, Tamiami, The Hammocks and Fontainebleau. If you are just outside those areas, call and ask - we will tell you honestly whether we can get to you.
What happens if it rains right after my window cleaning?
Rain itself does not usually dirty a properly detailed window - dust and debris carried in the rain do. Our Monthly and Quarterly plans include RainBlock treatment, which is designed to help water bead and roll off the glass instead of sitting on it, so a storm is less likely to leave spotting behind.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
For exterior-only cleanings, no - as long as we can reach your windows with gates unlocked and pets secured, we can work while you are out. If your service includes interior windows, someone over 18 needs to be home to let us in.
How long does a window cleaning take?
Most homes take one to three hours depending on the number of windows, the number of stories, and how much detail work the screens and tracks need. We give you a time estimate with your quote so you can plan your day.
