Window Cleaning & Detailing in Cooper City

Cooper City is small, quiet and almost entirely single-family homes, most of them in association communities built from the 1970s through the 1990s, with a lake or canal behind many of them.

Solpath provides window cleaning, soft washing and pressure washing in Cooper City, FL. Nearly every home here is a single-family house with irrigation and often a screened pool, so whole-house glass, pool enclosures and driveways make up most of the work.

Local Conditions

Why Cooper City windows need regular cleaning

  • Whole houses, not units

There are few condos or apartments here. A typical job is the whole house: every window, the screens, the tracks and the sliders out to the pool.

  • Pool enclosures behind the house

A dirty pool screen keeps dropping dust onto the sliders behind it. Cleaning the enclosure and the glass in the same visit lasts longer than doing either one alone.

  • Lakes and drainage canals

Many streets back onto a lake or a canal. The rear elevation stays damp longer than the front, and that is where mildew starts on the stucco and film builds on the glass.

  • Association standards

Most communities have an association that keeps an eye on roofs, walls and driveways. If a letter about staining has a deadline, tell us at the quote and we will say straight away whether we can make it.

Questions

Window cleaning in Cooper City

How often should windows be cleaned in South Florida?
For most South Florida homes, quarterly cleaning is a practical baseline. Homes near salt water, homes with sprinklers hitting the glass, heavy landscaping, or nearby construction usually look better on a monthly schedule. Twice a year still makes a visible difference on a home set back from the coast with no irrigation on the windows.
What areas do you serve?
Solpath serves Broward County and Miami-Dade County. In Broward: Coconut Creek, Cooper City, Coral Springs, Dania Beach, Davie, Deerfield Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Hallandale Beach, Hillsboro Beach, Hollywood, Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, Lauderdale Lakes, Lauderhill, Lighthouse Point, Margate, Miramar, North Lauderdale, Oakland Park, Parkland, Pembroke Park, Pembroke Pines, Plantation, Pompano Beach, Sea Ranch Lakes, Southwest Ranches, Sunrise, Tamarac, West Park, Weston and Wilton Manors. In Miami-Dade: Aventura, Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor Islands, Biscayne Park, Coral Gables, Cutler Bay, Doral, El Portal, Florida City, Golden Beach, Hialeah, Hialeah Gardens, Homestead, Key Biscayne, Miami, Miami Beach, Miami Gardens, Miami Lakes, Miami Shores, Miami Springs, North Bay Village, North Miami, North Miami Beach, Opa-locka, Palmetto Bay, Pinecrest, South Miami, Sunny Isles Beach, Surfside, Sweetwater, Virginia Gardens and West Miami, plus Kendall, Westchester, Tamiami, The Hammocks and Fontainebleau. If you are just outside those areas, call and ask - we will tell you honestly whether we can get to you.
What happens if it rains right after my window cleaning?
Rain itself does not usually dirty a properly detailed window - dust and debris carried in the rain do. Our Monthly and Quarterly plans include RainBlock treatment, which is designed to help water bead and roll off the glass instead of sitting on it, so a storm is less likely to leave spotting behind.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
For exterior-only cleanings, no - as long as we can reach your windows with gates unlocked and pets secured, we can work while you are out. If your service includes interior windows, someone over 18 needs to be home to let us in.
How long does a window cleaning take?
Most homes take one to three hours depending on the number of windows, the number of stories, and how much detail work the screens and tracks need. We give you a time estimate with your quote so you can plan your day.
