These terms govern your use of solpathco.com and the residential window cleaning services provided by Solpath LLC ("Solpath," "we," "us"). By using our website or booking our services, you agree to them.
Solpath provides residential window cleaning and related services, including exterior and interior window washing, screen and track cleaning, and hard water stain removal, in our South Florida service area. Service availability may vary by location and season.
Quotes provided through our website or by phone are good-faith estimates based on the information you give us. The final price may be adjusted if conditions on site differ meaningfully from what was described — for example, a different window count, difficult access, or heavy staining. We will always tell you about any price change before doing the work.
Appointment dates selected through our website are confirmed once we contact you to arrange the time of day. You can change or cancel an upcoming appointment through the "My Bookings" page on our website, or by calling us. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations when possible. Weather or safety conditions may occasionally require us to reschedule; if so, we will contact you promptly to arrange a new date.
Our recurring cleaning plans (monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual) schedule visits in advance at the stated plan discount. Plan visits repeat on or around the same date of each cycle. You may reschedule individual visits or end a plan by contacting us; plan discounts apply only while the plan is active.
We stand behind our work. If we fail to live up to our core service promises on a visit, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right, up to and including redoing the affected cleaning at no charge. This guarantee covers our workmanship; it does not cover conditions unrelated to our work, such as pre-existing glass damage, scratches, or seal failure.
You agree to provide accurate information when requesting quotes or booking, to provide reasonable access to the service location on the scheduled day, and to secure pets and fragile items near work areas. If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time, we will contact you to reschedule.
We take real care in your home and carry out our work professionally. If our work causes damage, tell us promptly so we can inspect and address it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services or website is limited to the amount you paid for the service visit at issue, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree not to misuse our website — including submitting false bookings or quote requests, attempting to access our administration area, or interfering with the site's operation. We may remove submissions and refuse service in cases of misuse.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of the county where Solpath LLC is based.
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page with its "last updated" date.
