When you request a quote, manage an appointment, or send us a question through our website forms, we collect the information you provide: your email address, phone number, service address, your chosen appointment dates, and any questions you write. That means preparing your quote, scheduling and performing your cleaning, contacting you about your appointments, answering your questions, and keeping internal records of the work we do. Submissions are stored in access-protected files on our website's hosting server and are viewable only through our password-protected administration area. When a form is submitted, a notification containing the submission details is delivered to our staff through our messaging provider so we can respond quickly. Beyond our hosting and notification providers — which process the data only to deliver those services — we share your information with no one, unless required by law.
Our public pages do not use advertising or tracking cookies. A session cookie is used only in our staff administration area to keep our team logged in.
We keep submission records only as long as they are useful for serving you and maintaining our business records. You may ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you or to have it corrected or deleted, and we will honor the request unless we are required to keep it. You can also cancel appointments yourself through the "My Bookings" page.
Our services and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
